Three Properties Change Hands in Edgartown During Late-Summer Reporting Period
Edgartown recorded three property transfers between Aug. 21 and Aug. 25, 2026, according to Dukes County Registry of Deeds data. Only one carried a price so far: 13 Plantingfield Way sold for $3,600,000 on Aug. 24, making it both the period's highest and only recorded sale price, and setting the current median at $3,600,000 as well. Prices for the other two transfers, one involving Rockland Trust Co. and Edgartown National Bank as sellers and another a trustee-to-homestead-declaration filing at 26 Bold Meadow Road, were not yet available in registry records. With two of three prices still pending, a fuller picture of the period's market activity should emerge as registry data updates.
