Edgartown records eight deed transfers in late August, but sale prices remain sparse
Eight property transfers were recorded in Edgartown between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices were available for only four. Among those, prices ranged from $227,000 to $4,999,905, with a median of $2,426,500. The month's largest transaction was 9 Oakdale Dr., which sold for $4,999,905 to Lendyx LLC. The remaining four transfers, including a family trust transfer on North Bog Road and a condo-association filing on Butlers Cove Road, had no price recorded yet. With half the period's transfers still awaiting price data, the overall market tone for the period cannot be fully assessed from this dataset alone.
