Edgartown Deed Activity Light in September, With Just One Price Confirmed So Far
Dukes County Registry of Deeds recorded five property transfers in Edgartown between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Only one, a $1,297,500 sale at 28 Deacon Vincent Way on Sept. 9, has a confirmed price so far; the other four, including transfers on Kent Harbor Road and Wasque Avenue and a second Deacon Vincent Way filing, show price not yet available, which is typical while registry data catches up. Two of the five transfers are homeowners association certificates rather than standard sales. With pricing still pending on most of the month's transfers, the data does not yet support a clear read on September's market tone.
