Edgartown Deed Data Shows Wide Price Split as Waterfront Estate Tops $6.5 Million
Eight properties changed hands in Edgartown between July 31 and Aug. 29, with prices ranging from $26,799 to $6,514,000 and a median of $999,343 among the six sales with disclosed prices. The month's top transaction was 6 Browns Farm Lane, which sold for $6,514,000 to Bank of America NA. Four of the eight deeds listed a bank as buyer, and two listed the town of Edgartown as buyer for parcels under $40,000. No sale fell between $500,000 and $1 million. Bed, bath and square-footage data were not available from the deed records.
