Six Edgartown properties changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Dukes County Registry of Deeds records. Three sales had a price recorded, ranging from $435,000 to $4,300,000, with a median of $1,100,000; the other three listed no consideration amount. The period's top transaction was 31 North St., sold for $4,300,000 by a family trust to Dea P. and Thomas S. Auray. Three of the six transfers involved a trust, including one estate-style transfer within the same family. No street had more than one recorded sale, and bed, bath and square footage data were not available from the deed records.
