North Street Sale Leads Edgartown Deeds as Half Of Prices Go Undisclosed

Six Edgartown properties changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Dukes County Registry of Deeds records. Three sales disclosed a price, ranging from $435,000 to $4,300,000, with a median of $1,100,000; the other three listed no consideration amount. The period's top transaction was 31 North St., sold for $4,300,000 by a family trust to Dea P. and Thomas S. Auray. Three of the six transfers involved a trust, including one estate-style transfer within the same family. No street had more than one recorded sale, and bed, bath and square footage data were not available from the deed records.
