The top transaction was 38 Pinehurst Rd., which sold for $4.2 million on Sept. 28; the only other priced sale was 307 Chappaquiddick Rd. at $300,000. Based on those two prices, the range was $300,000 to $4.2 million with a median of $2.25 million. The remaining six transfers were trust, estate or homestead-related filings without recorded prices. With most of the period's transfers lacking price data, the available figures don't support a clear read on market tone this month.
