The North Bog Road sale, to Loan Funder LLC from Woodcrest Holdings LLC, was the period's largest transaction. Three transfers, including parcels on Moffett Way and Hotchkiss Lane, involved family or trust restructuring rather than third-party sales and have no price on record yet. With only eight transfers logged, the data does not point to a clearly active or quiet month on its own.
