The month's largest transaction was 7 Martha's Way at $3,937,500, sold by James M. Wodarski and Gina Victoria DeSantis to Citibank NA and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Two deeds have no price yet recorded. Five of the eight transfers listed a bank, mortgage servicer or MERS as buyer or seller, a pattern visible in the raw registry data. With only eight deeds recorded, the data is too limited to characterize overall market tone.
