Edgartown July Sales Led by $2.6 Million West Tisbury Road Deal
Six Edgartown property transfers were recorded from July 24 to Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $400,000 for 30 Curtis Lane to $2,595,000 for 471 West Tisbury Road, the period's top sale, with a median of $612,500. Four of the six transfers listed an LLC as buyer, and one transfer at 240 Chappaquiddick Road involved a trustee as both grantor and grantee. With half the sales lacking disclosed prices and no beds, baths or square footage available, the recorded data offers only a partial picture of market conditions for the period.
